Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
Returns are only accepted for Custom Plugin Services not public plugins. View below for more details.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain permission to return an item. You may also reach out to us on Discord.
 
 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return request and once we confirm it fits our refund requirements, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you when your return has been processed. 
 
EXCEPTIONS    
 
The following items cannot be returned:
 
     ●     Any publicly listed plugins, ONLY custom requests can be refunded.   
 
Please Note
  
     ●     A $2.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.     
     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
     ●     The plugin must not be over 50% complete.   
     ●     The plugin must have not been used on any server.   
     ●     You can only ask for a refund in the first 7 days of coding.
