Refund Policy
Purchase support, refund requests, and your consumer rights.
Effective & Updated September 10, 2026
Scope
These policies cover BGHDDevelopment® LLC’s Spigot/Minecraft addons and FivePD/FiveM resources, together with the related documentation, downloads, licensing, and support provided through this website. Individual policies below define any narrower scope.
Separate Public Safety Policies: BerkeleyCrime and LosAngelesCrime are not covered by these game-resource policies. Their websites, apps, public safety data, and related services have their own policies, available on BerkeleyCrime and LosAngelesCrime.
This refund policy concerns our game-resource purchases. It does not replace the refund terms of a marketplace, payment provider, or separate written agreement, and it does not restrict rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Where to Request a Refund
For purchases through BuiltByBit, Voxel Shop, or another marketplace, use that provider’s order or support process and applicable refund terms. You may also contact us for product troubleshooting or information needed for the request.
Spigot routes payments to our PayPal. For a Spigot purchase, contact ceo@bghddevelopment.com with the Spigot resource name and PayPal transaction reference. PayPal’s applicable processes and deadlines remain available. We do not operate our own product checkout pages.
Defective, Missing, or Misdescribed Resources
If you cannot access a purchase, encounter a reproducible defect, or believe a resource materially differs from its description, contact us or the purchase provider. Supply the resource name, order reference, relevant versions, and a description of the problem. Remove sensitive information from diagnostic logs.
Depending on the issue and applicable law, the remedy may include support, correction, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. We may request reasonable information and an opportunity to resolve the issue where the law permits. An arbitrary 24-hour reporting window does not override your legal rights.
Digital Downloads & Change of Mind
We do not offer a general voluntary change-of-mind refund for a delivered digital resource unless the listing, provider terms, or a separate agreement says otherwise. This does not affect statutory cancellation rights or remedies for defective, missing, or misdescribed content.
Where a digital-content withdrawal right applies, immediate access removes that right only if the conditions required by the relevant law are satisfied, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement. Downloading a file alone is not treated by this policy as proof that every required condition was met.
Duplicate Payments, Unauthorized Payments & Refund Method
Report a duplicate or apparently unauthorized payment promptly to the payment provider and, where relevant, to ceo@bghddevelopment.com. Do not send full payment credentials. You remain free to use lawful payment-dispute procedures; filing a good-faith claim is not itself a violation of our terms.
Approved monetary refunds are normally returned through the original transaction or provider. If that route is unavailable, we will work with you and the provider on a lawful alternative. Store credit will not be imposed instead of a monetary refund that you are entitled to receive. Provider processing times and currency conversion may affect when and how a refund appears.
Donations & Separate Agreements
Donations made through this website’s donation links are voluntary and do not buy a resource or support entitlements. If a donation was duplicated, unauthorized, or made in error, contact us and the payment provider so it can be reviewed; applicable legal and payment-provider rights remain available. Donations associated with BerkeleyCrime or LosAngelesCrime are governed by those projects’ own policies.
If you have a separate written agreement for custom Minecraft or FivePD work, its scope, milestones, cancellation provisions, and acceptance terms apply, subject to mandatory law. This policy does not extend game-resource terms to unrelated website or public safety work.
Changes & Prior Rights
Revisions apply prospectively and do not remove refund rights that already apply to a purchase. Keep your receipt and the terms provided when you purchased.
