Terms of Service
Terms for our Minecraft addons and FivePD resources.
Effective & Updated September 10, 2026
Scope & Agreement
These policies cover BGHDDevelopment® LLC’s Spigot/Minecraft addons and FivePD/FiveM resources, together with the related documentation, downloads, licensing, and support provided through this website. Individual policies below define any narrower scope.
Separate Public Safety Policies: BerkeleyCrime and LosAngelesCrime are not covered by these game-resource policies. Their websites, apps, public safety data, and related services have their own policies, available on BerkeleyCrime and LosAngelesCrime.
These terms govern the game resources and related services described above when incorporated into your purchase or license agreement. The product listing, applicable software license, and any written agreement provided with your purchase also apply. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting language. Visiting a linked public safety project does not bring it within these terms.
Purchases & Payment Providers
We do not operate product checkout pages on this website. Our project pages link to provider websites, including Spigot, BuiltByBit, and Voxel Shop, where you review the price, product description, and applicable purchase terms. Spigot routes your payment to BGHDDevelopment’s PayPal; PayPal handles the payment. Other purchases follow the relevant provider’s payment flow. The seller and payment recipient are identified by the applicable listing and transaction record.
Provider purchase, delivery, and dispute terms also apply to transactions made through them. Keep your receipt and ownership identifier. Any taxes, currencies, and fees are those disclosed in the applicable payment flow. Donation links may be provided on this website; a donation is voluntary and does not purchase a resource, license, or support entitlement unless expressly stated.
Resource Licenses & Ownership
A paid purchase grants the rights described in the applicable listing and license; it does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property. Use the resource within those rights and any disclosed server or network limits. Do not redistribute or resell proprietary resource files, share license credentials with unauthorized users, or bypass license validation, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity.
Where a project is distributed under an open-source license, that license governs use, modification, and redistribution of the covered code and takes precedence over conflicting restrictions here. Third-party components retain their own licenses. Access to proprietary source code does not make that code open source; any separate source-access agreement applies to the materials it identifies.
You retain ownership of your configurations, content, and feedback. Providing a review or suggestion does not transfer its ownership to us. We may use feedback to improve our resources without restricting your lawful rights in it.
Paid-Resource DRM & Connectivity
All paid resources include DRM through an internet-connected license system. The resource contacts our license service to validate authorized use. The system collects the plugin name, starting time, and ownership ID, may collect the server IP address, and returns a license key. Collected server IP addresses are kept only as necessary for licensing, support, and abuse prevention. See the Privacy & Cookie Policy for details.
You must allow the connectivity required by the resource’s license system. A failed check, blocked connection, or licensing outage can affect resource operation. Keep ownership information and returned license keys confidential. Report validation problems through support rather than publishing keys or attempting to evade validation.
Compatibility, Updates & Support
Review the listing and documentation for the supported platforms, versions, dependencies, and features before purchase. Maintain backups and test changes before using them on a live server. You are responsible for your hosting, configurations, third-party software, and player data.
Updates and support follow the commitments supplied with the resource. Archived and free resources may have limited or no ongoing maintenance. Unless a listing or separate agreement promises otherwise, we do not promise indefinite updates or compatibility with every future platform release.
Acceptable Use & Honest Reviews
Do not use our resources or services unlawfully, impersonate another purchaser, distribute malicious code, knowingly interfere with licensing or support systems, or disclose another person’s confidential information. Nothing in these terms prohibits lawful, honest reviews, criticism, or protected disclosures. You retain your right to use lawful payment-dispute processes.
Suspension & Termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material license violation, fraud, unauthorized distribution, or a security threat. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the issue and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before terminating an entitlement. Immediate restrictions may be necessary for active abuse or security risks. Contact us to request a review.
A community moderation action alone does not automatically cancel a purchased software license. Refunds, consumer remedies, and rights under applicable open-source licenses are not removed by a support or community restriction.
Refunds & Responsibility
See the Refund Policy and the purchase provider’s applicable terms. We will address defective, missing, or misdescribed resources as required by law. Outside express commitments and mandatory protections, resources are supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every server setup.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your hosting failures, unsupported modifications, or unrelated third-party services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies or liability for our fraud or intentional misconduct.
Questions, Disputes & Applicable Law
Contact ceo@bghddevelopment.com with your order reference and a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is encouraged but does not prevent you from using a lawful dispute process or meeting a payment-provider deadline.
California law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections where they live. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive protected rights to bring a claim.
Changes & Existing Purchases
Changes apply prospectively with any notice or acceptance required by law. Posting new terms does not by itself remove rights already attached to a purchase or replace a signed agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law.
