Scope & Contact
These policies cover BGHDDevelopment® LLC’s Spigot/Minecraft addons and FivePD/FiveM resources, together with the related documentation, downloads, licensing, and support provided through this website. Individual policies below define any narrower scope.
Separate Public Safety Policies: BerkeleyCrime and LosAngelesCrime are not covered by these game-resource policies. Their websites, apps, public safety data, and related services have their own policies, available on BerkeleyCrime and LosAngelesCrime.
BGHDDevelopment® LLC is responsible for the processing described here. Send privacy questions or requests to ceo@bghddevelopment.com. This website does not offer user accounts. Marketplace, payment, and community-platform accounts are operated by those providers under their own policies.
Information We Process
- Website requests: Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Delivering pages and preventing abuse involves request information such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, and security signals.
- Purchases and donations: We receive the transaction and purchaser information made available by the payment provider or marketplace, which can include a name, email address, marketplace identifier, order or transaction ID, amount, currency, and payment status. We use it to fulfill purchases, verify ownership, handle refunds, and meet accounting obligations.
- Support: We receive the contact details, messages, attachments, purchase references, and diagnostic information you choose to send. Remove player information and secrets from logs before sharing them.
- Paid-resource licensing: Our DRM system processes the information described in the next section.
DRM & License System
All of our paid resources include digital rights management (DRM) through an internet-connected license system. The resource contacts this system to verify authorized use. An internet connection is required for license communication; blocking it or a service interruption may prevent successful validation and affect use of the resource.

We use this information to provide and protect the license service, confirm ownership, prevent unauthorized distribution, and investigate failures. License telemetry is not used for advertising.
Marketplaces, PayPal & Donations
Product purchases take place through the providers linked on our project pages, including Spigot, BuiltByBit, and Voxel Shop. Spigot is the exception to marketplace payment handling: it routes payment to our PayPal. Donations may also be made through the donation links on this website. We do not operate an on-site product checkout.
Payment credentials are entered with the relevant payment provider. We do not receive your full payment-card number or card security code through this website. Providers process payment and account information under their own privacy policies and may share transaction information with us to administer the purchase or donation.
Retention & Security
Server IP addresses and other license records are kept only as necessary to validate ownership, operate licensing, resolve support issues, and prevent abuse, then deleted when no longer needed. Purchase, donation, and support records are retained as needed for the transaction, accounting and legal obligations, or dispute resolution, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
We use access controls and appropriate technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the required safeguards; we do not promise that all data remains in a single country.
Your Choices & Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. Required license validation and lawful record retention may continue on other applicable grounds.
Where relevant, we process information to perform a purchase or license agreement, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in security and support, or with consent when required. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. California rights apply when their legal requirements are met, and we will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising them.
Contact ceo@bghddevelopment.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your request or an authorized agent’s authority. Do not send a full license key or payment credentials. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation.
Children’s Information
Please do not send personal information about children through support messages or public channels. If you believe we have collected a child’s personal information without authorization required by law, contact ceo@bghddevelopment.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Policy Changes
We will publish revisions with an updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. A revised notice does not authorize a materially different use of previously collected information where further permission is required.
