Photos, videos, and watermarks
Watermark Studio processes your photos and videos on your device. BGHDDevelopment LLC does not receive, store, or upload the photos, videos, text, or images you use for watermarking. The app has no BGHDDevelopment account requirement and no service that processes your media on our servers.
Watermarks you save, your settings, and export history are stored locally by the app. Export history may include filenames and export results. These records are not sent to us.
Photos and file access
The app asks Apple’s Photos system for permission to show the library items you allow and save new copies. You can change Photos access in your device’s settings. If you allow access to only selected items, the app can work only with those items.
On Mac, you may also choose files and folders to open or export. The app uses the access you grant for those actions. Your original files are not replaced by watermarking.
iCloud Photos
If you use iCloud Photos, Apple may download selected media to your device and sync saved copies through your photo library. Apple manages this under your Apple account, iCloud settings, and Apple’s privacy policies. The app does not give BGHDDevelopment access to your iCloud account or photo library.
Location and other metadata
When saving copies to Photos, Include Location is on by default. If the original has a location, that location may be included in the saved copy. You can turn this option off before exporting. The app does not request your device’s current location or send photo locations to BGHDDevelopment.
Copies saved to Photos use their save time as the creation date. If you later share an exported file, anyone receiving it may be able to read the metadata it contains.
Analytics, advertising, and payments
Watermark Studio has no advertising, subscriptions, tracking SDKs, or app analytics service operated by BGHDDevelopment. We do not sell personal information from the app or use it for targeted advertising.
Apple may provide app distribution, purchase-history records for downloads, or crash and diagnostic reports under Apple’s services and the sharing choices you make. TestFlight beta testing is also provided by Apple.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue. Do not send private photos, passwords, or other information that isn’t needed for support.
We keep support correspondence only as needed to help you, maintain relevant support records, or meet legal obligations. You can email us to request access to or deletion of support information you have provided.
Your controls
You can remove saved watermarks in the app, manage Photos permissions in your device’s settings, and delete exported copies using Photos or your file manager. Removing the app does not delete copies you have already saved to Photos or other folders. Device backups and iCloud copies are managed through Apple’s settings.
